The packing fabric features self-healing properties and exhibits excellent resistance to corrosive substances such as hydrochloric acid.

• Plunger Wear Ring: Crafted from premium copper and subjected to heat treatment, the wear ring achieves a tensile strength exceeding 700 MPa. The V-shaped lip maintains its integrity under high pressure, preventing deformation or cracking. The optimized lubrication channel ensures sufficient lubrication for the plunger, meeting the demands of ultra-high-pressure fracturing operations.

• Standard Plunger Sealing Assembly: The standard assembly comprises an end seal, an arc seal made of rubber, two V-seals composed of rubber-reinforced fabric, and a wear ring and oil inlet ring.

• Wide Compatibility: The plunger sealing assembly exhibits excellent compatibility with various types of plunger pumps and can be customized and manufactured to meet specific customer requirements.
