Plunger seal:

The plunger seal adopts high-performance rubber and fiber materials. It is designed based on mature field applications. Precision manufacturing processes enhance the seal's resistance to wear, tearing, and chemical corrosion. The fabric design incorporates self-repair functionality and exhibits high resistance to chemical substances like hydrochloric acid.

Guide Ring:

The guide ring is made of high-quality aluminum bronze material. After heat treatment, it achieves a tensile strength of over 700 MPa. The V-shaped lip maintains its shape under high pressure, preventing deformation or cracking. The lubrication channels crisscross, ensuring thorough lubrication of the plunger and meeting the requirements for ultra-high-pressure fracturing operations.

Plunger Seal Assembly Includes:

• 1 end gasket ring

• 1 arc-shaped seal made of rubber

• 2 V-shaped seals composed of rubber and fabric

• 1 guide ring

• 1 inlet ring
